Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order products or services from GetGravel through our website, by phone, or at the yard. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and estimates

Prices shown on our website include an instant estimate for the product, delivery or pickup, and applicable taxes based on the details you enter. An estimate becomes a confirmed order once you place it and it is accepted. We may decline or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, an address is outside our delivery area, or the details provided are inaccurate — and we’ll tell you if we do.

Pricing and taxes

Product and delivery pricing is calculated from the material, quantity, service type, and delivery distance you select. Applicable GST and PST are added according to the product. Bulk material is sold by volume; small variations in loaded quantity are normal.

Payment

Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We also accept the other payment methods noted at checkout or by the yard. Payment is due as stated on your order or invoice.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery windows are estimates — traffic, weather, and yard load affect timing, and we’ll keep you updated. You’re responsible for ensuring safe, legal access to the drop location and that someone or clear instructions are available at delivery. For pickup, you’re responsible for a suitable vehicle and safe loading limits; see what fits in your vehicle.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. An order that has already been loaded or dispatched may not be cancellable. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method with a recorded reason. We do not delete order records; cancelled orders are retained in an inactive state.

Product information

Photographs and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Natural materials vary in color, size, and texture between loads and seasons, and screens can render color differently. If you’re unsure a material suits your project, ask us before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for how materials are used or installed after delivery or pickup.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
